With a background in engineering project management and senior leadership I have experience that enables me to understand leadership in action and to help others gain perspective and insight.
I am a qualified and experienced educator in Higher Education, where I teach leadership and management with a focus on delivering organisational change.
I work with a number of charities and am both a chair of trustees and active fundraiser for youth charities.
